• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Content you provide: Images, audio, scripts, and descriptions used to generate your video
• Generated content: Images, videos, and other assets created by the AI

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the video generation service
• To authenticate you and manage project access
• To process payments
• To send project-related emails (access codes, completion notifications)

3. Data Storage

Your content is stored on Cloudflare R2 (object storage) and our PostgreSQL database. Content is retained for 30 days after project creation, then automatically deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our service:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Cloudflare: Content delivery and storage
• fal.ai: AI image and video generation
• ElevenLabs (via fal.ai): Text-to-speech
• OpenRouter / Anthropic: AI text generation
• AWS: Email delivery (SES) and video rendering (Lambda)

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Content is shared with third-party AI services only as necessary to generate your video. We do not use your content for training AI models.

6. Data Deletion

Projects and all associated content are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. To request earlier deletion, contact [email protected].

7. Cookies

We use localStorage to store authentication tokens. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
